First of all, congratulations on having brought a great dog into your family. This new added member of your family is very loyal, strong and energetic. And pitbull puppy training can be a great fun too. You should start your pitbull training as soon as you get him home. When a new pitbull puppy is brought home, you can expect a lot of droning. This is normal for your new puppy. You can put a blanket on over his cage to make it dark and that calms him down.

Training your new pitbull puppy to not pee or defecate inside the house is not a very difficult task. However it isn’t very easy too. You need to have patience and consistency throughout your entire training. It’s very important to be consistent in your training to get good behavioral results from your puppy.

During your training, you can encourage him to carry on his good behaviors and discard unacceptable behaviors by giving him little treats. Giving treats will make him understand that such a behavior is accepted by the master and so he carries out such activities whenever a command is given. You can give them chewing toys that will keep them occupied. Growing puppies do a lot of chewing and biting, and when you’re not in home, your puppy can mess around with anything that he’ll feel like chewing or biting. To prevent such accidents, you can give him a chew toy. For tough and strong puppies like pitbulls, you can get a Nylabone. A Nylabone is artificially made, virtually indestructible bone for strong jawed dogs. You can get it for your pitbull too which will keep him occupied.

Pitbulls are very active dogs and they like playing and jumping around in house.  So it is very important to provide them any sort of physical activity each day for at least an hour or two. You can let them loose within your fence so that they can run and jump and play with themselves until they get tired. This will not just provide him physical exercise but will also offer him a happy, playful environment.

Train your pitbull right, right from the beginning. That will not just provide you an obedient dog but will also provide you a best friend for years. Pitbulls are very friendly natured and are very good friends of humans but to get a good, friendly and socialized dog, you need to start working early.
